Madarat Al Wasat For Marine Services Company was established in 2007 as a Saudi national limited liability company, licensed by the Saudi Ports Authority (Mawani). The company operates to meet the marine service needs of both the Saudi and global markets, offering a wide range of services including ship agency services, ship supply operations, marine technical services, logistics, and ship waste management across the Kingdom’s ports.

Madarat Marine Services emerged as an extension of Madarat Al Wasat Contracting Company, which operates key ports in Saudi Arabia, including Ras Al-Khair Port, King Fahd Industrial Port in Jubail, and King Fahd Industrial Port in Yanbu. This strategic integration has enabled the company to deliver comprehensive and unified maritime and operational services, contributing to the advancement of the Kingdom’s marine services sector.
